Why is my ticket not released yet

The default setting when creating an event to sell tickets on Row One is to send tickets immediately after purchase. However, event organisers have the option to delay the release of tickets until closer to the event.

When buying tickets to an event with a delayed ticket release, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase and you can view your order receipt and ticket information at any time.

Once your ticket is released, you will receive an email and you can login to your Row One Dashboard to access and view your ticket at any time.

Delayed tickets can still be transferred (if the organiser allows), and when the ticket is released, it will be sent to the ticket holder at the time of release.
