Transfer your Ticket

If you would like to transfer the ownership of your ticket to another person, you can do so from your Row One account. Tickets can only be transferred individually. Once a ticket has been transferred, the action cannot be undone. Any order with a transferred ticket will become non-refundable.

Warning: The event organiser can turn off the ability to transfer tickets at any time. If the ability to transfer ticket is turned off, ticket ownership cannot be changed.

To Transfer A Ticket:

1. Log in to your Row One account and go to your Tickets page.

2. Locate the ticket you would like to transfer and select the ticket. From there click the 'Transfer' ticket option.

3. You will be brought to a page where you will see all your tickets information (event name, section, seat, transfer price) for that specific event. From there, select the tickets you want to transfer and click 'Continue'.

4. You will be brought to the details page where you will input the receiving person details.

5. Once all details have been filled, you will be brought to the confirmation page to ensure all details are correct and make payment for the ticket transfer fee.

Please note that for all ticket transfers, the first transfer of each ticket is free. Subsequent transfers are subjected to a transfer fee.

Warning: Once a ticket has been transferred, you will no longer have access to the ticket from your account and the original QR code will no longer be valid. If the ticket transfer is declined, you will still have access to the ticket and it will not be considered transferred.

Warning: Once a ticket has been transferred, and should the event be cancelled, the refund will go back to the original first buyer.
