Withdraw your funds from your Row One wallet balance

This article is intended for hosts who are processing their payments using Row One Payments.


Funds from your event will be added to your Row One Wallet after a ticket sale. lOnce the event funds is ready for withdrawal, the 'Cash Out' button will turn green.

The timeframe for when your event balance is available to withdraw will depend on your tier.

Funds are added into your wallet based on the currency the tickets are sold in, and can be withdrawn in that specific currency. However, should you not have the currency account, we will send you in your available currency - we will not be responsible for the currency conversion and charges charged by your bank.

Tiers:

Requirement:

Eligibility:

Tier 1

$0 to $50,000 SGD or equivalent transacted.

Cash out 10 working days after the event is over.

Tier 2

$50,001 to $200,000 SGD or equivalent transacted.

Cash out 15% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over.

Tier 3

$200,001 SGD and above or equivalent transacted.

Cash out 30% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over.

Step by Step Guide:

1. Ensure that you have your bank account details uploaded in the 'Bank Account Details' tab.

2. When your event is ready to Cash Out, the 'Cash Out' button will turn green. From there input your cash out amount and select your bank account where you want your funds to be transferred to.

3. Once confirmed, you will be brought to a confirmation screen. This means that we have received your request and it is currently under review. The review process takes 1-3 business days on average.

4. Once funds have been successfully transferred, you will receive an email that will be sent to the email address on your Row One account.

Warning: You must be 18 years of age or older to withdraw funds from Row One.

Note: Row One will not be responsible if you input the wrong account details for withdrawal.
