This article is intended for organisers who are processing their payments using Row One Payments.
Timeline of withdrawing funds using Row One Payments:
1. Your funds will be available to withdraw based on your tier level. Once the funds are in your Row One dashboard, you can request to withdraw the entire sum or any sum over $100 SGD (or equivalent). It takes 1-3 business days to approve your withdrawal request.
Note: If you request withdrawal on the weekend, the earliest your request will be approved is the following Monday.

Tier 1 | $0 to $50,000 SGD or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 10 working days after the event is over. |
Tier 2 | $50,001 to $200,000 SGD or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 15% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over. |
Tier 3 | $200,001 SGD and above or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 30% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over. |
2. Once your request has been approved, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
3. Within the Row One wallet page, you will be able to select the method in which you would like to receive your funds.
Note: Funds can be requested via direct deposit (worldwide). Each transfer are subject to a $30 SGD fee (or equivalent) that will be deducted from the amount transferred.
Depending on which method you have selected, the timeframe of receiving the money will be different:
Direct Deposit (worldwide) - 1 to 3 business days.
Warning: All timeframes are approximate as different banks have different timeframes for depositing money into accounts.
Note: Row One will not be responsible if you input the wrong account details for withdrawal.
