The 'Wallet' page is the central financial hub of the organiser portal. It is designed to provide a clear overview of the funds in different currencies. The layout is intended to give you a snapshot of your current balances, and a breakdown of sales and available amounts related to your events.
This guide explains how the 'Wallet' page works.
Cash Out History: This section shows you a record of your past withdrawals of money from your 'Wallet' to your bank account.
Bank Account Details: This is where you enter or manage your bank account information, so our system knows where to send your money when you 'Cash Out'.
Overviews: This is a summary page for your earnings. It shows you the total amount of money you've made, often broken down by different currencies.
The 'Table of Events' gives you an in-depth look at the money you've earned from each event.
Our system uses 'Tiers' to categorise organisers based on their overall earnings, and these tiers determine the rules for withdrawing money - one heart is tier 1, two hearts is tier 2, and 3 hearts is tier 3.
Tiers: | Requirement: | Eligibility: |
Tier 1 | $0 to $50,000 SGD or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 10 working days after the event is over. |
Tier 2 | $50,001 to $200,000 SGD or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 15% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over. |
Tier 3 | $200,001 SGD and above or equivalent transacted. | Cash out 30% of the event total 5 working days after ticket sale, and the remaining 10 working days after the event is over. |
Upon a successful cash out request, a confirmation message will be displayed. Our team will review the request and process the cash out to your bank account indicated in the organiser portal.
