Proses checkout sama saja, baik Anda memesan langsung dari situs Row One, situs penyelenggara acara, atau situs mitra lainnya.
Untuk membeli tiket acara Row One:
1. Pilih tombol ‘Beli Tiket’ dan Anda akan diarahkan ke halaman pemilihan kursi.
2. Pilih kategori kursi yang Anda inginkan dan jumlah tiket dari masing-masing jenis tiket yang ingin Anda beli. Klik ‘Lanjutkan ke Konfirmasi’.
3. Next, enter any information for your order and each ticket you are booking that the event organiser is requesting and click 'Checkout'.
4. Click 'Pay' and a pop-up will appear to complete your order. Once processed, you will see a confirmation screen and a confirmation email will also be sent. Your tickets can also be accessed in your Row One account at any time.
Note: If there is an issue with your booking and it is not successful, an error message will show to let you know what the issue was. Once changes have been made, you can select the 'Buy Tickets' button to try again.
