Sales Today: This is the total revenue (money) generated from all ticket sales across all your events within the current calendar day. This is crucial for tracking daily income and identifying any sudden spikes or drops in sales.
Sales 31 Days: This represents the cumulative revenue earned from ticket sales for all your events over the past 31 days. It's helpful for assessing the general health of your event business and spotting growth or decline over a monthly period.
Tickets Today: This is the total number of individual tickets sold for all your events during the current calendar day. This metric indicates the volume of customer transactions and helps you to gauge the daily demand for your events. High ticket sales today might warrant for extra staffing or resources for upcoming events.
Tickets 31 Days: This is the total number of tickets sold across all your events within the past 31 days. This metric provides a broader perspective on your event popularity and customer engagement over a monthly period. It's useful for forecasting future attendance and planning event logistics.
Graphs (Visual Data Representation): The chart is a display of your sales figures or ticket sales number in a visual format, using lines, bars, or other graphical elements. It enables organisers to identity peaks and valleys in your sales, spot growth trends, and understand the impact of specific events.
Day - Shows data for a single day.
Week - Shows data for the past week.
Month - Shows data for the past month.
Quarter - Shows data for the past three months.
Year - Shows data for the past year.
Custom - Lets you select your own date range.
'Current Events' Table (Event Summary): This is an organised display of the events you have created and are currently active or scheduled. It provides a central overview of your event portfolio, enabling you to quickly access the status and details of each event.
Name - The official title or name given to your event.
Date - The specific date on which the event is scheduled to take place.
Time - The designated start time of the event.
Venue - The physical location where the event will be held.
Status - The current stage or condition of the event (e.g. Published, Cancelled, Postponed etc.).
Sold - The current number of tickets that have been purchased for that particular event.
