The 'Customers' section serves as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool - storing and organising customer data. This page helps in understanding customer behaviour, personalising interactions, and improving customer service. It allows organisers to:

  • View customer profiles - including name, email address, and purchase history.

  • Track customer spending.

  • Manage customer status.

  • Filer and search for customers based on various criteria.

Elements:

This section allows event organisers to view and manage information of your customers.

  • Name - Shows the name of each customer.

  • Email - Shows the email address of each customer.

  • Total Amount Spent - Shows the total amount of money each customer has spent on your platform.

  • Status - Shows the verification status of each customer.

  • Status All - This lets you filter the list of customers by their verification status. You can choose to see 'All' customers or only 'Non-Verified' or 'Verified' customers.

Customer Details Page:

When you click on a specific customer's name, you will enter the 'Customer Details' page. It will show all information about the specific customer.

  • Go Back - A button to return to the main 'Customer' page.

  • Status - The customer's verification status.

  • Created - The date when the customer account was created.

  • First Name - Customer first name.

  • Last Name - Customer last name.

  • Email - Customer email address.

  • Street - Customer address.

  • City - Customer city that they reside in.

  • Timeline - A section showing the customer's purchase history. It includes:

    • Date of purchases.

    • Details of what they bought.

    • Checkout information, including a link and the amount spent.

  • Amount Spent - The total amount the customer has spent.

  • Orders - The number of orders the customer has placed.

  • Average Order Value - The average amount the customer spends per order.

  • Balance - The customer current balance.
